In regulated industries, "built with AI" is currently a procurement liability because no trusted verification standard exists. So builders hide it. And adoption stalls.

The perception problem is the entire problem
Procurement departments in hospitals, law firms, banks, and government agencies are not asking "is this software built with AI?" They don't know. They're asking: "Is this software secure? Is it compliant? Can we trust it?"
But the moment they discover it was built by a non-developer using AI tools, the conversation ends. Not because of evidence. Because of narrative. The prevailing assumption is: AI-generated software equals shortcuts, equals risk.
That assumption is wrong — and Anthropic is the company best positioned to prove it at scale.
